Did a cover testing all the kewl new stuff in the recently released GIMP 2.8. Loving everything in it so far (And I don't need to manually edit its source code to get my tablet to work, so that's a big plus 
)! So! This is the result of throwing everything experimental at this picture, and I thought it turned out pretty nice.
